Cleaning where people work and receive treatment
An office needs something different from a practice. In an office it's about desks, meeting rooms, the kitchenette and a toilet used by twenty people. In a physiotherapist's, dentist's or GP's practice, there's also the waiting room, the treatment rooms and the door handles every patient touches. There, clean isn't just about looking tidy, it's also a matter of hygiene.
We agree in advance which rooms we do, how often and at what time. Usually that's after closing time or at the weekend, so nobody gets in our way and we don't disturb anyone. We clearly record what your team cleans itself and what we do. If you work with your own hygiene protocol, send it to us and we'll adapt the way we work to it. After the first visit, we go over the premises together and adjust the schedule where needed.

Washrooms
Toilets, washbasins, taps and tiles cleaned and descaled, including behind and under the toilet bowl.

Kitchenette and kitchen
Worktop, sink and microwave cleaned, and the outside of the cupboards, the fridge and the coffee machine wiped down.

Touch points
Door handles, light switches, stair rails and the reception desk get separate attention every time. That's where most hands go.

Workstations and meeting rooms
Desks, windowsills and meeting tables wiped down and bins emptied. We leave papers on desks where they are.

Floors
Carpet vacuumed and hard floors mopped, including under the desks and in the corners. Carpet cleaning is available as an extra.

Waiting room and treatment room
Chairs, reception desk and play corner in the waiting room. In the treatment rooms, the floor, the washbasin and the surfaces we agree on together.

Can you clean when we're closed?
Yes, that's exactly the idea. We agree a fixed time after closing or at the weekend. How we get in, with a key, a fob or an alarm code, we arrange with you in advance.
Do you also clean physiotherapy, dental or GP practices?
Yes. In a practice, hygiene needs extra attention. We agree in advance which rooms we do and what your team cleans itself, such as instruments and treatment equipment. If you work with your own hygiene protocol, we adapt the way we work to it.
How often do you come?
As often as you like: several times a week, every week, every other week or every month. A one-off clean is also possible, for example after a renovation or before you move into new premises.
Do we need to provide cleaning products ourselves?
No. We bring our own equipment, machines and cleaning products. You just provide access and let us know which rooms we can and can't go into.
