People who call us about a neglected home often feel ashamed. There's no need. We come to help, not to judge. If you live there yourself, you decide what stays and what goes. If it's a case of hoarding, we take our time and work at a pace you can manage. If it can't be done in one day, we spread it over several days.
We also work with family members, support workers and housing associations. We agree with them who will be there, what the aim is and when the home needs to be ready, for example for a fresh start for the resident or a handover. We come with a regular team and our own equipment, and take the waste to the municipal recycling centre (milieustraat) or the second-hand shop (kringloop). For bigger jobs, we're happy to take a look first, with no obligation, on site or by video call.

Sorting and tidying
Together we decide what stays, what can go and what's still usable. We put personal papers and photos to one side.

Taking away waste
We take bin bags, broken furniture and junk to the recycling centre. Anything still usable goes to the second-hand shop.

Degreasing the kitchen
Baked-on grease, old food remains and grime in the fridge, the oven and the cupboards. Even if it's been there a long time.

Bathroom and toilet
Limescale, urine scale and stains tackled and light mould removed, until the bathroom and toilet are usable and fresh again.

Floors, walls and doors
Everything from top to bottom: walls and doors wiped down, floors vacuumed and mopped, skirting boards and corners included.

A fresh home
After cleaning, the home smells fresh again. If a strong smell has got deep into walls or floors, we'll tell you honestly what cleaning can and can't fix.

Questions about a neglected home
Can I be there while you tidy up?
We'd like that, especially for the sorting, because you decide what goes. If you find it too hard, we agree beforehand what must stay in any case and do the rest without you. A family member or support worker can also keep an eye on things on your behalf.
Do you also take on homes with pests or a strong smell?
We tackle a strong smell of dirt, smoke or pets with a thorough clean. If there are pests, a pest controller needs to deal with them first. If there are traces that need specialist cleaning, we'll tell you honestly and you call in a specialist company for that. Then we clean the rest.
Can a support worker or housing association book the job?
Yes. They can fill in the cleaning check or give us a call. We then agree with the resident when we'll come. If an organisation pays for the clean, that can be by invoice, with a payment term of 14 days.
How do you work out a price?
