The agreements in brief
- Free, no-obligation quote. Requesting a quote costs nothing. We only schedule the clean once you give the go-ahead.
- A deal is a deal. We do what we agreed in the quote. If a lot more turns out to be needed on the day itself, we talk to you first.
- Preparation. Make sure we can get in and that there's electricity, water and good lighting.
- Checking together. When we're done, we go over the clean together. We don't leave until you're happy.
- Payment. Afterwards, in cash, by debit card or by credit card. If you're not there at the end, you pay in advance.
- Changes. You can move an appointment, just call us as soon as possible.
