Who we are
Skoonz Schoonmaakdiensten (Dutch Chamber of Commerce, KvK, number 63994321) is responsible for processing personal data as described in this privacy statement. If you have any questions about this, you can contact us at info@skoonz.nl.
What data we process
We only process data that you give us yourself, for example through a quote request, the contact form, WhatsApp, email or phone:
- your name, phone number and email address;
- the address where we clean;
- details about the clean, such as the type of property, the floor area, how dirty it is and the preferred date;
- photos you send us;
- anything else you tell us in a message.
What we use it for
- to send you a quote;
- to contact you about your question or your clean;
- to carry out the clean;
- for our records, such as invoices.
We don't use your data for any other purpose and we never sell it to anyone.
Looking up the address for a quote request
If you enter a postcode and house number when requesting a quote, we look up the address and basic details of the property, such as the floor area and the year it was built, in the public registers of the Dutch Land Registry (Kadaster, via PDOK). To do this we only send the postcode and house number, never your name or any other details.
How long we keep data
We don't keep your data longer than necessary. If no job comes of your request, we delete it within a year. Data that belongs with an invoice is kept for seven years, because the law requires us to.
Who we share data with
We only share your data when that's needed to provide our service, for example with the company that hosts our website and email. We have made agreements with them about keeping your data secure.
Cookies and external services
This website doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded through Google Fonts, Fontshare; that service sees your IP address, as with any website you visit.
Your rights
You have the right to see your data and to have it corrected or deleted. You can also object to its use. Send an email to info@skoonz.nl and we'll reply within four weeks.
If you're not happy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security
We take appropriate measures to protect your data. The website uses a secure connection (https). If you think something isn't right, please let us know.
